Project Overview

Padel Court Maintenance Works in East Riyadh, Saudi Arabia represents EcoSafe’s contribution to improving
operational readiness and safety within an active padel court facility Saudi Arabia.
The project required practical on-site coordination and disciplined execution to support the venue’s daily operations while implementing
targeted improvements.

EcoSafe participated as a sports courts maintenance contractor through a
selected / partial scope of works. Our role focused on supporting the facility’s infrastructure and finishing condition,
without overstating full turnkey delivery. This approach ensured transparency while demonstrating our ability to mobilize quickly,
integrate with other ongoing activities, and deliver measurable improvements aligned with client requirements.

The executed tasks included localized padel court steel works associated with
court structure support elements and fencing interfaces, in addition to enhancement actions across key areas to maintain the facility’s
appearance and functionality. Where required, works were carried out with careful consideration for site safety, controlled access,
and protection of existing assets.

From a maintenance perspective, padel courts depend on consistent attention to the playing environment—surface condition, edge details,
and surrounding containment systems. For this reason, the project included padel court flooring works
and surface-condition improvements aimed at supporting safe movement and stable play. These works were implemented as targeted interventions
within the approved areas, ensuring smooth coordination and minimal disruption.

In parallel, EcoSafe supported fencing and surrounding elements through inspections, adjustments, and related enhancements to improve
overall robustness. Additional finishing activities (as applicable to the approved scope) included painting touch-ups and electrical
readiness checks for selected points, contributing to a cleaner and more professional appearance for a sports environment.
